Perry (Ray) of O'Fallon, MO and 3 grandchildren: Michael Perry of O'Fallon MO, Michelle Perry Dunkman of Dryridge KY and Joey Perry of St. Charles MO; 4 great grandchildren: Meg, Ashton and Fallon Perry of O'Fallon MO and Sydney Perry of St. Charles MO. He is preceded in death by his dear wife, Mayme L. Fornias; parents: Julian J. and Edith E. Fornias; son, Steven Joseph Fornias.
