KEMPER, Vincent 'Vince', baptized into the hope of Christ’s resurrection Wednesday March 15, 20005, St. Charles, MO, age 82. Beloved husband of Marcella Kemper; loving father of Thomas J. (Vickie) Kemper, Peggy A. (Carl) Ostmann, Timothy G. (Janet) Kemper and Patricia K. (Dominic) Frasca; dearest grandfather of Carla (Scott) Paul, Christopher and Michael Ostmann, Matthew and Rebecca Kemper, Casey, Joseph and Daniel Kemper, Ashley and Nicholas Frasca and great grandfather of Tyler Paul; dear brother of Mary Kirchoff and Loretta (Bill) Boschert. Dear brother-in-law and uncle; dear neighbor and friend and comrade of many. Mr. Kemper was a member American Legion Post 312, Ushers Guild of St. Peters, VFW Post 2866. He served in the U.S. Army from November 25, 1942 – December 24, 1945 and during that time was in the Battle of the Bulge. Mr. Kemper was also a member of the N.R.A.
