Viola Anderson

Viola Louise Anderson (nee Koerber), of Troy, MO, passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of 71 years to Charles Anderson; cherished daughter of the late Louis Henry and Maude Rae Koerber; devoted mother of Robert C. Anderson, James E. (Cindy) Anderson, Debra L. (Lance) Meyerpeter, Donna K. (Dennis) Banden, and Michael Scott (Sally) Anderson; loving grandmother of nine; treasured great-grandmother of eleven; dear sister of Sharon (Bill) Sullivan; Viola is also preceded in death by siblings, Lawrence Koerber, Bonnie Dillon, Butch, Koerber, Joe Koerber and Sandy Elliot.

Viola was a servant of the Lord, she loved missions and was even the Missions President at her church for many years. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene where she was in charge of the church decorations and always made the church beautiful during all seasons. She greatly enjoyed camp meetings. Viola was involved in real estate sales for nearly 30 years. Above all, her children and grandchildren were her greatest joy. Viola was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
