Memorials may be given to Cornerstone United Methodist Church. Beloved wife of the late Lee Roy Davenport; loving mother of Doris Jinkerson (Ronald), and the late Steven L. Davenport; proud grandmother of Diana Cates (Jeff), and Michael Bruyere; great-grandmother of Brittany Kammer and Joshua Cates; great-great-grandmother of Kaylee and Ashlee Kammer; dear sister of Cort Kretschmar, and the late Genevieve Featherstone, Earl, and Phil Kretschmar and Dorothy Heinrichs. Preceded in death by parents, Oscar and Anna Kretschmar. Dearest Aunt and Friend to Many. Virginia was a longtime member of Cornerstone United Methodist Church where she was actively involved with the music ministry at Twin Oaks; member of the Speeders Group and was previous choir director. She also belonged to Sweet Adelines. Virginia also invested 20 plus years as a medical receptionist for Dr. Kamada's office.
