Virginia Frances Hall

Virginia Frances Hall, of O Fallon, MO, passed away Monday, January 3, 2022 at the age of
90. Beloved wife of Charles Willard Hall; devoted mother of Michael (Jackie) Hall and Karen (Vince) Wilga; loving grandmother of Barrett Hall, Spencer (Lexie) Hall, Christine Whiteside and Justin Wilga and great-grandmother of Charlie Hall, Joshua Whiteside and Bradyn Whiteside. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Anna Black and her brother, Maurice “Bud” Black.
Frankie was a woman of love and faith. She attended the United Methodist Church when she lived in Carmel, IN and Manchester, MO where she played piano and was very involved. Frankie loved spending time outdoors and enjoyed hiking and sightseeing with her family. She especially enjoyed the numerous cruises that Willard and she went on, exploring all over the world from the North to the South Pole. In her free time, Frankie loved to play bridge, complete a jig saw puzzles or crosswords. She was also a talented seamstress. Frankie was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
