Virginia “Ginny” Montrey

Virginia “Ginny” Montrey (nee Stotler), age 95, of St. Peters, Missouri, January 20, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Joseph L. Montrey; cherished daughter of the late William S. and Elsie I. Stotler; devoted mother of Robert R. (Gail) Cranmer, Pat Cranmer, and the late Richard E. Cranmer; loving grandmother of 6; and treasured great-grandmother of 12.

Ginny was a volunteer at Barnes-Jewish St. Peters for 34 years. She was also a member of Chapel of the Cross Lutheran Church in St. Peters. Ginny loved reading and was an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals. In her earlier years, she enjoyed cooking. Most of all, Ginny loved spending time with her family. She was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
