Virginia “Ginny” Sivia

Virginia “Ginny” Sivia (nee Wright) of St. Charles, Missouri passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Friday March 23, 2018 at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late James Sivia. Devoted mother of James (Rose) Sivia, Bill (Charlene) Sivia, Susan (Kenny) Hutchason, and Melody Holmes; loving grandmother of Joel, Heather, Crystal, Jeremy, April, Telah, Ariel, Courtney and Alyssa and great-grandmother of many. Dear sister of Gerald (Joyce) Wright, Charlotte (Bob) Whitehead, David (Peggy) Wright, and William (Linda) Wright; and loving sister-in-law of Ramona Wright and Alexis Wright.

Ginny was preceded in death by her parents Green and Mae Wright, granddaughter Angela Sivia and her siblings, Melvin, Gordon, Bernice, Pauline, Clovis, and Richard.

Ginny was a teacher for many years at the Orchard Farm School District and at many other schools in the St. Charles area. She was a member of Church of Christ, St. Charles Choral Society, and Red Hat Society. She enjoyed sewing, especially quilting. Most of all, Ginny loved spending time with her family. She was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
