Virginia M. Rice

Rice; daughter of the late Joseph and Adele (nee: Cady)Moffatt; dear sister of Richard Moffatt (Dorothy), and the late Robert J., Joseph F. and Walter Moffatt. She is also survived by a niece, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many dear friends. Virginia was born and raised in St. Louis and moved to Oregon in 1943 where she enjoyed over 60 years of marriage and worked for 30 years with Pacific Power & Light.
