Springer, Virginia M. (NEE: Foster), of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Sunday, March 24, 2013 at the age of 89. Loving wife of the late Harold Max Springer; beloved daughter of the late Floyd Arthur and Doris Foster; devoted mother of Gary (Karen) Springer and Mark A. (Betty) Springer; adoring grandmother of 8; cherished great-grandmother of 11. She is preceded in death by her sister Elanor Vloedman.
