Virginia M. Wise

Virginia M. Wise (nee: Porges), of St. Louis, Missouri, died on Friday, March 15, 2013 at the age of 89. Loving wife of the late Woodrow O. Wise; dear daughter of the late George J. and Bessie Fern Porges; dear sister-in-law of Maxine Porges; and loved by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, as well as grand nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her brother George Porges, Jr. Virginia was a dance instructor for many years. She enjoyed writing poetry and had a wide variety of interests. She described herself as a free spirit and a "student of the world". She lived life independently and on her own terms. Memorials may be made to Hope Hospice.
