Valci, Virginia, of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at the age of 98. Loving wife of 71 years to the late Charles L. Valci; beloved daughter of the late John and Hazel Manion; devoted mother of Carol (Donald) Miller and Marilyn (Robert) Marshall; cherished grandmother of Jean (Gary) Stiens, Michelle (Tom) Marshall, Beth Kirch, and Rob (Kathy) Marshall; treasured great-grandmother of Haleigh and Griffin Stiens, Claire Marshall, Trent, Kyra, and Ashling Marshall. She is preceded in death by her brother John Robert Manion, sister Pat Curtis, and step-father Jack Ryan. Virginia was a homemaker and wonderful care giver to many. She was a gracious woman with a beautiful smile.
