Wanda Marie Sturgill

Please join us in celebrating the life of Wanda Marie Sturgill (Holt)
Wanda was enthusiastically received into Heaven by her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, July 22nd, 2014. She was with us for 81 years. Wanda was preceded to Heaven by her beloved husband Jim. Wanda and Jim enjoyed 56 wonderful years of marriage before Jim passed.
They are both survived by their proud and loving sons. Jim, and his wife Linda of St Charles, Missouri. Bob, and his wife Lori of Springfield, Missouri. Wanda truly loved the treasures of her life, her Grandchildren. She enjoyed time with them as often as she could. Jim (Suzanne) of Kansas City, Missouri, Brian of Brooklyn, New York, Jeanne (Mike) of Morton, Illinois. Lauren of Jerseyville, Illinois, Sarah, Adam, and Steven of Springfield, Missouri. As of now, Wanda was also blessed with 3 wonderful Great Grandchildren, Eliot, Harper, and Quillan.
Wanda was a homemaker that created an environment that has encouraged her children and grandchildren to pursue their dreams. The Fruits of Wanda's life are evident in the wonderful developing legacy that she and Jim produced. Wanda was a strong Christian who enjoyed numerous friendships as a long time member of Fee Fee Baptist Church.
We all look forward to hearing her laugh, seeing her smile, and those wonderful hugs again when we are reunited in the future.
