Wayne Lee Bird

Bird, Wayne Lee, of Lake St. Louis, Missouri, died on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at the age of 86. Loving husband of Kathryn Bird (nee: Phillips) beloved son of the late Laurence and Blanche Bird; devoted father of Linda Johnson, Darrel (Pam) Bird, Shirley (Larry) Hermanns and Charles Roger (Linda) Bird; cherished grandfather of eleven; treasured great-grandfather of seventeen; dear brother of Lois Rednour. Wayne is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his siblings Kenneth Bird, Loyd Bird and Ruth Martin.
Wayne enjoyed hunting, trapping, fishing and football. Most all of he loved spending time with his family. He will be dearly missed.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Sparta to finish the kitchen.
