Wilbert Emmet Lutz, of St. Louis, MO, passed away Thursday, November 26, 2020 at the age of 95. Loving husband of the late Mary Ann Lutz; beloved son of the late George Lutz and Emma Lutz; devoted father of Kurt (Linda) Lutz, and Dana (Tamara) Lutz; cherished grandfather of 11, great-grandfather of 10. Wilbert is also preceded in death by his sisters, Helen, Wilma, Edna and Munie.
Wilbert proudly served his country during World War II in the United States Army. He retired after many years working as a Graphic Artist, who worked in advertising and displays for many St. Louis Companies, including Dr. Pepper/7up, Anheuser-Busch, Mercantile Bank, and Brown Shoe Company. He was a long-time member of Zion Lutheran Church in Harvester, MO. Wilbert loved painting, fishing, woodworking, handy, sculpting, and doing most anything with his hands. Wilbert was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made in Wilbert's name to the
Alzheimer's Association.
