Wilbur “Bill” Ring
June 11, 1919 — November 6, 2014
Wilbur "Bill" Ring, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Thursday, November 6, 2014 at the age of 95. Loving husband of Arlene Ring; dear son of the late Herman C. and Anna Ring; devoted father of Craig (Lee Ann) Ring and Patricia Ross; cherished grandfather of Zach Ring, Kelsey Ring, and Sean Ross; and dear brother of the late Arnold Ring.
Bill was a sheet metal worker for 50 years. He was a member of the Sheet Metal Worker's Local 36, the VFW, American Legion, and the American Rifle Association. Bill had also proudly served in United States Navy during WWII and was also a former St. Charles Auxiliary Police Officer. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting and fishing, but most of all he loved his family. He was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
