William Forest''Bill'' Brown was born to Alfred and Lucille Brown in Murrayville, IL. He is preceded in death by his loving parents. Mr. Brown was a self-employed construction general contractor. He was a member of the VFW Post 2866 and American Legion #312. He served in the U.S. Army from January 1949 to January 1953 and was the recipient of the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star. Mr. Brown is survived by his dear wife, Agnes Brown of Festus, MO. They were married in St. Charles, MO June 7, 1980. He is also survived by six children: Diana Miller (Ronald) of Centralia, MO, Danny Brown (Mary) of Portage Des Sioux, MO, Michelle Wallenmeyer (Truman) of Prairie Home, MO, Floyd ''Randy'' Brown (Barbara) of Jefferson City, MO, Edward James (Donna) of O'Fallon, MO and Christine Martin (Dave) of Warrenton, MO; three brothers: Gene Brown (June) of Wright City, MO, Warren Brown (Joyce) of St. Peters, MO, Larry Brown of Bonne Terre, MO and one sister, Barbara Hanson of St. Charles, MO; 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by two sisters: Marie Willis and Emma Weatherford; two brothers: Ronnie Brown and Kenny Brown.
