Wiliam F. Nelson

Nelson; dear father of Angela Sue Struttmann (Steve), SSgt. William B. Nelson (Kimberly), Gregory Jackson Nelson (Barbara A.) and Kenneth Dean Nelson; dear brother of Carol Marie Hickmann (James) and Jane Frances LaMar; grandfather of Amanda Lynne Struttmann, Marena Sue Struttmann, Emily Anne Nelson, Nicholas Gage Nelson, Elizabeth Marie Nelson, Bradley William Maurer and Jackson Dean Nelson. Mr. Nelson was a 1960 graduate of Warren County R-III. He attended Missouri School of Mines in Rolla, Missouri. He served six years as a jet engine mechanic in the Missouri Air National Guard F100 Fighter Unit. He was the warehouse superintendent for Graybar Electric Co. for 19+ years. Mr. Nelson was a former Prudential Insurance agent and also a courier with First Capital Courier in St. Charles. He loved being involved with his children's activities. He was active in the Cub Scouts in Springfield, Illinois and St. Peters, Missouri and was also involved with the Girl Scouts. He loved hunting, golf and all sports.
