Dearest husband of Mary Beth Shipley; dear son of the late Arthur and Rita Shipley; devoted father of James Shipley, Maureen Shipley and Gregory (Holly) Shipley; cherished grandfather of Brendan and Ryan Shipley; dear brother of Robert (Patricia) Shipley and Jean (Paul) Foerst; dear brother-in-law of Judith Bauer, Kathryn (Joseph) Chiodo and Peggy (Charles) Ratkewicz; beloved brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many. Bill was a Pharmacist and an owner of the Gasaway Pharmacy for 38 years.
