William Bill Kullmar

Bill was the beloved son of the late Harvey and Violet Kullmar; loving father of Matthew Kullmar; devoted grandfather of Tyler Newcome and Anthony Newcome; dear companion of Donna Kullmar. Mr. Kullmar was formerly employed with the city of Lake St. Louis for twenty-five years with the Public Works Department and was a member of Labors Workers Union Local 660.
