William Bova

Bova, Sr., William “Bill”, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Sunday, January 2, 2011 at the age of 77. Loving husband of Jean Bova (nee: Pender); dearest son of the late William T. and Martha Bova; devoted father of Ronnie (Annmarie) Pogue, Barb (Steve) Schipper, Theresa Kemper, Michael (Linda) Pogue, Billie Bova, Melody (Ted) Tisi, Brian (Kim) Pogue, and William (Christie) Bova, Jr.; cherished grandfather of 25 and great-grandfather of 4; dear brother of Genevieve (the late Joe) Johnson and Florence (the late Ernie) Ball. He is preceded in death by his sister Evelyn Tainter. Mr. Bova was a U.S. Army veteran who served in the Korean war. He was also employed as a Sheet Metal Worker at McDonnell Douglas for 36 years.
