SIMMONS, William "Bill", St. Charles, MO, July 18, 2007 age 80; dearest husband of Nina Marcille Simmons (nee: Cartmill); devoted father of Dennis L. (Beth) Simmons, Jon William Simmons and the late Leonard Dale Simmons; dear father-in-law of Lisa Simmons; beloved grandfather of Chris, Lee, Casey and Charles Louis Simmons; dear brother of the late Hazel Wanger, Grace Jennings and Walter Simmons; preceded in death by his parents Walter F. and Elizabeth C. Simmons. He was our dear Uncle and Cherished Friend. Mr. Simmons was Lineman with AmerenUE, St. Charles, MO for 33 years before his retirement, a member of IBEW Local #1439 for 55 years, First Baptist Church of St. Charles and American Legion Post Jefferson City, MO. He also served in the US Army.
