Dear husband of Delores J. Speiser; dear son of the late William Lawrence and the late Carmen Larkin Speiser; loving father of Mary Ann Huskey, William J. (Kathy) Speiser, Robert M. Speiser, James R. (Patty) Speiser, Daniel P. (Tracey) Speiser, and David J. (Connie) Speiser; dear brother of the late Mary J. (Dr. Donald) Rayl; proud grandfather of 22; loving great-grandfather of 18; dear brother-in-law, uncle, and cherished friend to many. After 20 years he retired as Fire Chief from the Wellston Fire Department he also served concurrently as the Mayor of Pagedale for 13 of those years.
