William E. Rapplean

Rapplean, William E., of St. Charles, Missouri, born June 26, 1917, passed away on Sunday, July 4, 2010. He is preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Margaret, his wife of 1 year, Lillian and his granddaughter, Tamara. Beloved father of Thomas (Carolyn) Rapplean, Timothy (Diane) Rapplean and Margo (Thomas) Nichols. Cherished Grandpa of Timothy, Lawrence, Robert, Keith, Kurt, Kara, William, Melinda, Tricia, Kevin, Elizabeth and Craig, and Great-Grandpa of 18 Great Grandchildren. He was not only a loving Dad and Grandpa, but a Brother, Brother-in-Law, Uncle, and a Friend to so many people. He started Bill’s Speedometer Service in 1941 and the business is being continued by his son, Timothy. He was an active member of St. Robert Bellarmine Parish and a 4th Degree in the Knights of Columbus. He will be sadly missed by Family and Friends.
