William Emory Apple, born in Paris, Illinois and 60 year resident of Harvester, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Helen "Jo" Apple (nee: Macke); dear father of William Apple & Sherri Humphrey (nee: Apple) & beloved pets Rusty & Reecee; dear father-in-law of Denise Apple (nee: Ortmann) and Terry Lee Humphrey; dear grandfather of Cassie Humphrey, Chris Humphrey, the late Hilary Humphrey, Melanie Apple and Sabrina Apple; dear step-grandfather of Franko Ortmann. Dear uncle, cousin, brother-in-law, friend and a Christian. William was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a retired employee who served McDonnell-Douglas for 42 years.
