Whittom, William F., of St. Charles, MO, died on Friday, September 9, 2016, at the age of 77. Beloved husband of eight years to Carol M. Whittom; cherished son of the late Frank and Lucy Whittom; devoted father of Grace (Tim) Randazzo, Christine (Paul) Colletta, Patricia (Mike) Jones, William (Jennifer) Whittom, Jr., and Jennifer (Joe) Schmidt; loving step-father of Robert (April) Sander and Daniel (Sara) Sander; treasured grandfather of Mia (Dan), Victoria, Briahna, Chase, Jimmy, Vinny, Jacob, Gabby, Mark, Peyton, Kyle, Jacquelyn, Benjamin, Madison, Kaitlyn, Olivia, and Delaney; dear great-grandfather of Gracie, Keira, Daniel, and Kamden; loving uncle and friend to many.
William was also preceded in death by his first wife, Catherine Whittom, and his granddaughter, Angela Colletta.
William worked as a Master Plumber for 45 years. He was an active member of Masonic Tuscon Lodge #360, the St. Louis Moolah Shriners, and the German American Heritage Society. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends. William was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
