William Gabel

Gabel, William G "Bill", of St. Peters, Missouri, died on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at the age of 81. He is survived by Dixie Gabel, wife of many years; loving father of Jeffrey W. (Barbara) Gabel and Jana S. (Carl) Jansson; dearest son of the late George and Anna E. Gabel; loving grandfather of Kelsey, Chris and Jennifer Jansson; beloved brother of Dorine (Leroy) Shoemaker. He is a retired employee of 34 years as an Electrical Engineer of Boeing. Bill received numerous awards over the years from educational and athletic organizations. He was a member of the St. Louis Orienteering Club. Bill will be lovingly remembered as a caring and devoted father and grandfather. Memorials may be made to the St. Joseph-Cottleville School Band Program
