Cook of O'Fallon, MO; his loving mother, Theda Deppe of St. Louis, MO; eight children: Donald Cook of Hickory, KY, Billy (Debbie) Cook of O'Fallon, MO, Debra (Allen) Huff of Troy, MO, Jerry (Linda) Cook of Boaz, KY, Patrick Cook of St. Louis, MO, Tom (Kathy) Cook of Winfield, MO, Pamela Cook of St. Louis MO, Connie (Frank) Gianformaggio of Wentzville, MO; a brother Carl Deppe of St. Louis, MO; 47 grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father, Pat Cook and a sister, Patsy Zimmerle.
