William J. “Bill” Bennett

William J. “Bill” Bennett, of St. Petersburg, Florida, passed away on Monday, May 28, 2018, at the age of 69. Beloved husband of 9 years to Betty “Beeper” Rauckman Bennett; cherished son of the late Joseph P. and Earlene Bennett; devoted father of Kelly L. (Andy) Ugalde and Joseph C. Bennett; loving stepfather of Kelly (Mark) Woodson and Andrew B. King; proud grandfather of Abigail Woodson, Hannah Woodson, and Dominique "Nikki" Orlando; dear brother of Kathy (Mitch) Curtis, Richard (Carol) Rauckman, William (Gigi) Rauckman, Julie (Dennis) Hermann, John (Pam) Rauckman, Susan (Denis) Newman, and Jim (Shirley) Rauckman; and caring uncle of Kevin Curtis, Kristy Ramos, Richard Rauckman, Gregory Rauckman, B.J. Rauckman, Jeff Rauckman, Shawn Rauckman, Jeremy Rauckman, Lesley Donahue, Trayc Foutz, Brian Rauckman, Courtney Rauckman, David Rauckman, and Allen Rauckman.

Bill was a retired Letter Carrier for the United States Postal Service. He enjoyed golfing and watching the St. Louis Cardinals. Bill was very interested in politics and finance. He greatly enjoyed entertaining and barbecuing for his numerous family and friends of which spent all his time. Bill was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
