William Richard Matteson

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association at any Baue Funeral Home location. William Richard Matteson was born on March 3, 1921 in Mokane Missouri to John and Blanche Matteson. His loving parents preceded him in death. Mr. Matteson was a crane operator for Wagner Electric for 37 years. He was a member of the Silver Haired Legislature for Senior Citizens and of Faith Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Lucille Matteson of O'Fallon Missouri, his children, Shirley Crews of O'Fallon Missouri, Elroy R. Matteson of Ferguson Missouri, Ronald L. Matteson (Donna) of St. Charles Missouri and Scott A. Matteson (Cindi) of St. Peters Missouri, one sister, Elizabeth Lindemann of Troy Missouri, one brother, Lawrence D. Matteson of St. Peters Missouri, ten grandchildren, thirteen great grandchild, and seven step grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one sister, Helen Isacc.
