Tracy Jr. , William "Bill", of O'Fallon, Missouri, Baptized into the Hope of Christ's Resurrection on Thursday, February 26, 2009. Bill was a determined man with his own self spirit. His passion for being outdoors, working in his yard and seeing the product of his efforts. Bill will be truly missed by all who knew him. He was not just a man, he was a husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend.
