Loving daughter of the late George Carl and Mary Ruth (nee: Edwards) Taylor; beloved mother of Carl John Willard and the late Lloyd Craig Collins; dear sister of Helen Lonberger, Lola James, Wanda Hernandez, the late George and Herbert Carl Taylor. Preceded in death by husband, Bobby Joe Madison. Mrs. Willard was a member of the O'Fallon Church of Christ. She retired as a practical nurse from West Plains Memorial Hospital.
