Dear wife of Frank Grasser; beloved daughter of the late Herman Swindle; devoted mother of Judy Riley, Ron Cotner, Renee (John) Simon, Terri Shatro and Tim (Tierney) Grasser; cherished grandmother of Shanna, Shea, Nikki, Brant, Amber, Adam, Amanda, Erin, Nick, Ashley, Katie, Austin, Jordan and Hannah; treasured great-grandmother of Cole, Sofia, Elisia, Julian, Amelie, Madison, Collin, Lucas and Wyatt. Billie is preceded in death by Sisters, Laura and Frieda.
