Winona I. Cissell

Cissell, Winona, of Portage Des Sioux, Missouri, died on Monday, February 21, 2011 at the age of 98. Loving wife of the late Russell H. Cissell; beloved daughter of the late William and Frances Boschert; devoted mother of Russell W.(Suzanne) Cissell and Dr. Michael F.(Susan) Cissell; cherished grandmother of Steven Cissell, Dawn (Anthony) Gioia, Russell C. Cissell and Bradley (Cathy) Spray; treasured great-grandmother of Crystal and Sierra Spray. Winona was an active volunteer with Retired and Senior Volunteer Program of St. Charles County (RSVP) and FISH. She was also a member of the Friendship Club and Lady’s Sodality at church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) or Masses.
