Yvonne C. Doskal

Yvonne Christine Doskal (nee LaVelle), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Sunday, November 5, 2023, at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Norman D. Doskal; cherished daughter of the late William and Serena LaVelle. Devoted mother of Christina (Bob Wedig) Williford, Norman (Barbara) Doskal, and Julie (Tommy Funke) Doskal; loving grandmother of Eric (Lindi) Williford, Kristi Loughridge, Sarah (David) Sodemann, Kelly (Michael) Maynard, and Danny Doskal; treasured great-grandmother of 10.  Preceded in death by brother, William LaVelle.

Yvonne is remembered today as a dedicated mother, unwavering in her faith, and a true fan of Cardinals baseball. She lived her life with a passion for learning and games, often spending her time reading, playing scrabble and crossword puzzles. Yvonne had an infectious spirit of fun and loved to dance during her younger years, particularly at church gatherings.  Yvonne was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Yvonne's name to Alzheimer's Association.
