Because grief does not end with the funeral, neither does our service to you. We will continue to provide any assistance and support that you need for as long as you need it. Our Grief Support Services Program is one of the most comprehensive programs in the Midwest, and the support groups and resource services are available to our community at no charge.
Through our community partners, including The Center for Hope & Healing, we provide grief counseling services and ongoing classes on a variety of topics to help families. Every family served by Baue is entitled to a complimentary grief counseling session, and able to attend any of our grief support groups free of charge. Whether it is a small or large group you will find people you can identify with and share experiences, under the leadership of professionals committed to making a difference in people’s lives. We can also help if you are dealing with other painful or difficult life experiences, including divorce, disability, medical challenges, or mental health difficulties.

There is no cost to join and there are over 2,500 members.
Baue provides an extensive lending library at the St. Charles location at 620 Jeff Street. This is the most comprehensive Grief Library in the area and is available 7 days a week.
We also offer an online Grief Library which contains articles written by Dr. Alan Wolfelt, PhD.
